The second week of #challengeyourcamera and something quite different this time. A single colour, red. Not often seen unless in markets, the garden or a glass of wine, so it’s a double challenge. Find something that’s red, then try to get your camera to faithfully represent what you see. Modern smartphones have some filter control built in and digital cameras have plenty of controls to deal with different lighting and situations. See what you can find and have fun! Here’s a few from my own collection:
The main challenge for all of these photos was the lighting reflecting off the subjects.
Last Weeks Roll of Honour (#1 Architecture)
Each week I am selecting a single theme to point my camera at or display a few photos from my collection as a way to brighten up the week as we enter a new year which we all hope will be brighter than the last. If you would like to join me in #challengeyourcamera then here’s what to do:
Follow me to discover the weekly theme I have chosen.
Select a few photos related to the week’s theme
Post your own photos that week, any day you like.
Include a caption with each photo so we know what/where it is
Include a link to my blog in your post so that I am notified and can follow you back
Add a pingback/link to YOUR post in the comment section of MY post on that weeks theme.
Include the tag #challengeyourcamera
I will follow you back
I will encourage other posters to follow you
I will list each blogger in my weekly post
